Refund & Exchange

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, we love hearing from customers and are always looking to improve our future products. If you have any suggestions please email us at enzodecarte@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

The only exception is damaged products due to our own error. If this is the case, please contact us within 72 hours at enzodecarte@gmail.com

If your product is damaged due to the error of the carrier, you must file a report with the carrier service directly.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. It may take 3-5 days before your refund is officially posted.
